1. Response to inquiried E-mail & Messages within 2 days (except holidays or weekends).
2. Provide Quotation sheet within 3 work days normally.
During-sales SERVICES
1.Certification: Provide relevant certificates (e.g., CB, CE, ISO) as required for your order.
2. Custom Packaging: Offer free packaging design tailored to your order.
3. Technical & Manufacturing Liaison: Provide timely negotiation and feedback on technical and manufacturing matters.
4.Third-Party Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with third-party inspection agencies throughout the process, from purchasing and production to final goods inspection (upon request).
AFTER-SALES SERVICES
1. Pump Quality Issues: During the warranty period, any quality-related issues (excluding human factors) will be addressed with free replacement spare parts. Other workable solutions will also be provided.

3. New product or discount policy updates. Once there is any new products or discounts, you will be notified at the early first time.
